Hazrat Ibn Siren (may Allah have mercy on him) said: If someone sees themselves sitting on a swing in a dream and is capable of it, it indicates comfort, ease, and a pleasant life, and they will be safe from fear and terror. And if they see themselves falling from the swing, it means the opposite of the first interpretation.

Hazrat Ibrahim Karmani (may Allah have mercy on him) said: If someone sees themselves sitting on a swing, it means they will have a kind wife or buy a beautiful slave girl. And some interpreters have explained that a swing in a dream represents a place of rest, honor, and status. If someone is worthy of it, otherwise, it represents imprisonment and confinement.

Hazrat Ja'far Sadiq (peace be upon him) said: Seeing a swing in a dream has eight interpretations: (1) ease and comfort, (2) luxury, (3) honor, (4) wealth, (5) status, (6) security, (7) a kind servant girl, and (8) a woman. And for women, seeing a swing in a dream has four interpretations: (1) imprisonment, (2) a narrow place, (3) sorrow and grief, and (4) hardship and toil.

حضرت ابن سیرین رحمۃ اللہ علیہ نے فرمایا ہے۔ اگر دیکھے کہ جھولے میں بیٹھا ہے اور صاحب خواب اس قابل بھی ہے تو راحت اور آسانی اور عیش خوش پر دلیل ہے اور خوف اور دہشت سے امن میں رہے گا۔ اور اگر دیکھے کہ جھولے سے گرا ہے تو اس کی تاویل اول کے خلاف ہے۔حضرت ابراہیم کرمانی رحمۃ اللہ علیہ نے فرمایا ہے۔ اگر دیکھے کہ جھولے میں بیٹھا ہے۔ دلیل ہے کہ مہربان عورت کرے گا یا خوبصورت کنیز خریدے گا۔ اور بعض اہل تعبیر نے بیان کیا ہے کہ جھولا خواب میں آرامگاہ اور عزت اور مرتبہ ہے۔ اس کے لئے جو اس قابل ہے ورنہ قید خانہ اور حبس ہے۔ حضرت جعفر صادق علیہ السلام نے فرمایا ہے کہ خواب میں جھولا آٹھ وجہ پر ہے: (1) آسانی اور راحت (2) عیش (3) عزت (4) دولت (5) مرتبہ (6) امن (7) مہربان کنیز (8) عورت اور عورتوں کے لئے جھولا دیکھنا چار وجہ پر ہے: (1) قید خانہ (2) تنگ جگہ (3) غم و اندوہ (4) رنج اور محنت۔
